Counterfeit Education

Authenticity Code

Unfortunately for Baby Foot and its customers, scammers have flooded the marketplace with counterfeit foot peels bearing the marks of our trusted, world-leading brand.

However, there’s an easy way to tell if the product you’re purchasing was actually made by Baby Foot and sold by the company or one of its authorized resellers.

The box pictured below reflects our current packaging and includes a 2D barcode on the bottom you can use to verify the product’s authenticity. Just scan the code with the free Transparency app (available for iOS and Android). Counterfeiters also use old packaging that lacks an authenticity code and may include an overdue expiration date.

How to Identify Counterfeit Websites

Be wary of counterfeit websites that claim to be “official.” Websites offering counterfeit products often misspell the actual word in the URL. They may also imitate the layout and overall appearance and appear on search engine results. Auction websites may have counterfeit goods available for purchase despite language in the product description claiming that it is “authentic."

Customers have indicated that sometimes when attempting to find Baby Foot online, they’ve been misled by an ad that indicates Baby Foot products are available at https://exfoliatingfootmask.com/. The site also uses the letters “BF tm,” which some may incorrectly assume is an abbreviation for “Baby Foot Trademark.” There’s only one Baby Foot Peel, Since 1997.

Don’t be fooled; buy our products from trusted retailers and websites.
