Day 1: SALT SOAK + FOOT PEEL

Dissolve half bottle of Foot Soak into basin with warm water to cover feet up to the ankles (Approx 0.7 gallons of water). Soak feet for 10-15 minutes. Cut open plastic booties and place on both feet, securing with provided tape. Wear for 1 hour. removed booties, rinse with soap and dry feet.

Day 2-5: SALT SOAK

After foot peel application, repeat soaking your feet with the remaining Salt Soak from the bottle.

Day 3-7: FOOT SCRUB

Once feet start to peel, gently massage Foto Scrub all around feet, including soles, toes and ankles. Rinse feet4 thoroughly with warm water. (Use 2-3 times per week as needed.)
