After soaking your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes, put the booties on both feet and secure the booties around each ankle using the enclosed piece of adhesive tape. Place plush socks over booties. Wear the plastic booties for one hour to allow the solution to absorb. After one hour, remove an dispose of the booties and wash your feet with soap and water. It may take 5-7 days for the peeling process to start, sometimes taking up to 14 days. Results may vary between individuals. You can repeat the treatment if needed 2 weeks after initial application, and every 3-4 months as maintenance.
